A Brand New Diptych
Announcing a new diptych by Laura Beaton. See her red crown cranes flying through an ethereal sky. These magnificent and almost extinct creatures are truly a wonder. Each piece measures 36”hx12”w and painting on rice paper, then mounted onto a birch gallery substrate.

Spiritual Woods was created using Chinese Ink on rice paper. This painting won an Award of Merit for 10th Annual Juried ICCPS (International Chinese Calligraphy & Paint Society) show, Tokyo, Japan in 2021
Of ox and unicorn
The painting starts with the overall image of an apple, with his mother at the heart of Alan’s journey. It depicts Alan’s journey via a series of symbols and imageries that represent the significant milestones in his life trajectory. This art is based on Alan K.
